The time has come for community colleges to move forward with captioning all in-house videos used as a part of classroom instruction or assigned by teaching staff as part of a course resource list.  Most community colleges have thousands of these videos.

QuickCaption can assist in this overwhelming endeavor. We realize some community colleges have chosen not to purchase their own closed captioning equipment, opting to have videos captioned by outside services.  Others have chosen to implement a program of captioning and have purchased the necessary equipment to do the work in-house.  We offer services to assist you with your program in either situation, including transcription, time coding, encoding or training your staff.

As an outside resource, QuickCaption provides all aspects of closed captioning from transcription preparation to finished product providing an original video master and a VTS duplicate back to the client. We offer a standard ten-day turnaround.

In the event your facility has its own equipment, we will be more than happy to assist or complement your in-house staff on an on-call basis.  You can custom order our services on a project-by-project basis.
